Monitoring vehicles

The system provides two-way voice communication between the driver of the vehicle and the control panel (center dispatcher). It acts as an alarm system which enables immediate transfer of information in the event of any risk of a breakdown in the vehicle or its surrounding. It also enables the location of vehicles on a map.

The system which we offer is designed primarily for companies with their own dispatch centers, interested in self-monitoring of vehicles and supervision over of drivers work.

It is possible to integrate the vehicle tracking system with the Crisis Management Center. Precise positioning of individual vehicles on the ground, such as gas and energy emergency vehicles or ambulances, improves the management and assignment of forces and resources in the event of an emergency.

The unique features of our solution are:

  • an option to use a video camera that can send real-time content on-demand,
  • application module data module using 3G
  • possibility of recording video and audio - video-recorder functionality

In addition to standard monitoring of vehicles, we also offer monitoring and location on the map such as containers, garbage containers, etc.

Benefits

Ease of connection between the driver and dispatcher - possible after pressing a button without having to dial.

Instant identification messages sent by the dispatcher to the driver of the vehicle - the map information appears in different colors, indicating emergency calls (eg, flashing red), failure (eg, blinking blue), or to establish a voice call (eg, flashing green).

Simple and clear for the driver and dispatcher signaling system.

Improving safety in vehicles - reliable alarm system, activated by the push of a button, plus the ability to integrate fleet management system with the radiotelephones used by professionals such as Police, Municipal Guard or Fire Department.

Visualization of vehicles on the map - the dispatcher watches the position of the vehicles fleet on a polish road map. It also has detailed plans for the disposal of urban road and selected locations. The dispatcher can observe more than 650 000 km of roads.

Monitoring vehicle positions with a frequency depending on the needs of the client (eg: every 10 seconds or more.)

Fixed monitoring of the conditions of the vehicle, for example: fuel level, speed at which the vehicle is moving, etc.

Ease of monitoring the status of implemented tasks - for example when using specialized equipment in vehicles, companies can monitor the time traveled and distance made from one place to another to realize a task.

Cooperation with RFID readers - can be installed in vehicles such as municipal waste where the vehicles and containers are equipped with a reader giving the fleet operator very accurate data of how many containers and in which location where being emptied.

Creating analysis and reporting as a basis to take action to optimize use of resources and lower vehicle operating costs.
