Videomedicine

Videomedicine increases doctors effective work and patient care.  Due to videomedicine, doctors and consultants can be available for any surgery in order to help their fellow colleagues via video images. This „face to face” contact can also be used for educational purposes, as well as, meeting with a surgerical team from anywhere in the world to discuss a patience case or just be able to observe any surgery is not impossible today.

The ability to have a team meeting with high quality images (ex. of patients scan results) gives the doctors and specialist an occasion to consult with each other, even while being thousands of kilometers apart from the actual patient.

The TANDBERG videoconference systems have the ability to connect any other medical, or not, equipment needed for a given operations (such as endoscope, camera, ect). This way the high quality images can be demonstrated clearly for all the participants to see, no matter where they are located.

The TANDBERG Intern MXP Tele-HealthCare Solution has been specifically designed for applications where a smaller, more mobile system is required, while still retaining the sophisticated technology and flexibility of larger units. The Intern II MXP can be utilized for many clinical applications, such as remote consultations, rural health care and emergency response, as well as administrative meetings and continuing medical education (CME).
